These terms apply when you purchase from www.trinordic.se.
We sell only within Sweden to consumers.

2. Products

We sell outdoor gear such as sleeping pads and sleeping bags.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in SEK including VAT.
Payment via Shopify Payments (e.g., Klarna).
Payment is made at checkout.

4. Orders

A binding agreement is formed at checkout.
Order confirmation is sent via email.

5. Delivery

Delivery within Sweden only.
Delivery times may vary.
You may cancel if delays are significant.

6. Returns

30-day return policy (extended from legal 14 days).
Items must be unused.
Full refund excluding shipping.

7. Complaints

You have a 3-year right to complain under Swedish law.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or force majeure events.

9. Personal Data

Handled according to GDPR (see Privacy Policy).

10. Changes

Terms may be updated.

11. Governing Law

Swedish law applies.
Disputes follow recommendations from ARN.
